So a couple months ago I ordered 2 Hermann's Tortoises from Reptmart, it was painless and the price was outstanding. Unfortunately one of them got sick and died (the vet said it was probably Hatchling Failure Disorder 
). Jamie at Reptmart was very helpful as one of my many points of contact while my tort was sick. I let her know that my guy had died and she was more than willing to help me out with the cost for another one Other than the death of my little Tort, I couldn't be more impressed with how professionally she handled the situation. Much thanks toward Reptmart! Hopefully this little guy will do better
