As for the humidity temperatures, I've read a variety of different answers but the best (and most common) answer is no more than 60 is perfect for Russian tortoise humidity. Here's an article you can glance at.

It depends on the age of your tort for humidity. Adults don't need as high as hatchlings. 60% is more the hatchlings
