Runny Nose! help!

So my russian tortoise has a runny nose and makes a funny sound when he's breathing. He is eating well. Please help!!

What's the temps? Double check them and make sure they are where they are suppose to be for day and night. Then raise the temp to a out 85 for a couple days and see if it improves or goes away. Be sure to soak in warm water for these few days too

Like a wheeze. Around 88 in his hot and 75-70in his cool
