I have a northern redfoot and the previous owner was told it was a runt. The tort was said to be 4 years old and it is about 4 1/2 inches. What is the "normal" size of a redfoot and is there hope for her to be full adult size one day?
I dont really work with reds but I have plenty of work with "dwarf" sulcatas and I always get them to start growing by leaps and bounds in only a few months work. Obviously reds grow much slower but I think with your husbandry practices he/she will be growing in no time.
