Wow! It has been 1 and a half years since I visited this website! A lot has happened in those years. As you can infer from the title, Dino and Daisy have mated and Daisy layed two eggs on 5-31-15 around 4 PM (mountain standard time). I noticed her behavior of nesting, but I did not prepare an incubator. (How stupid was I!) But everything seems to be fine now.. She buried them outside, and as soon as she finished, I put her inside and dug them out carefully with my fingers. I put some garden soil in a container and top it with the soil it was buried in. The incubator is around 85 to 87 degrees, with 60 to 75% humidity (is that too high?). One big question I have is, Will the bright light affect the growth of the eggs? And do I need to cover the eggs with dirt? Or do I need to cover the incubator? DSCN0273.JPG DSCN0279.JPG DSCN0292.JPG DSCN0296.JPG DSCN0303.JPG DSCN0305.JPG DSCN0309.JPG Thanks for your help!
