Scratching walls

My tortoise is scratching walls is this normal. He has only moved into his new enclosure

This is possibly stress from the change, but it could be something to do with the set up is bothering him, if we could get more information that’d be great! Try and answer these questions(don’t worry if you can’t do all of them!)

What species of tortoise do you have?
Baby or adult?
What are your temperatures like all over? Ie all over day temps(basking directly under bulb, middle, cool side), night temps?
What kind of heating/basking bulb is being used specifically? Packaging photos are good if you have any
Is there indoor uv? If so what kind?
What kind of monitoring do you have?
What is the substrate?
How’s humidity reading?
What kind of things are you offering diet wise?
