Second story

Builing a second story soon...I'm having trouble finding the easiest way to connect the ramp. Just drilling in the screws diagonally? or what's the easiest way?
I'm doing an add on-box type thing like attached.

Cut a piece of wood smaller than a 2x4 the length of the ramp. Then attach it to the hide box with screws. Then put one screw down the middle into the strip of wood . Drill it with a drill bit first or it may crack. Just a small bit will work well

Try adding wooden 'ribs' too, barbecue it'll make him be able to grip the wood... and not just use it as a slide
