Seeking Sulcata under 6”

I live in North Carolina and am looking for a young Sulcata for my wife (turtle lover!)

We prefer if it is less than 6 inches. We have enclosures and everything ready.

Info out in Google land is usually not the correct updated info.
You can also check out Craigslist as there are usually many available needing homes. Check local rescues too.
