Settling in nicely

I only have on e tortoise, but he is in our nursery. We have been trying to concieve for 6 months and figured by the time we have a little one our little tort will be big enough to move outside. It has worked out very well. We closed the AC vent to his room so it is a constant 80-85 room temp and I have everything in that room so it isn't out all of the time when guests are over. I think if I had a lot of reptiles I would definately have a room, unless I could make the enclosures very pretty and go with the decor, but that is just me

Sounds good! Make sure you clean up real good before the baby. I have a little one due in less than a few weeks. Good luck!

Hahaha I am posting as I go along and find pictures. I don't keep near what I used too so I try not to post pictures of animals I don't have anymore often.

Want to see anything in specific? I am out of town for business for the week so I'll see what I have on my laptop/bucket/Facebook.

Not that I have seen. I do have some territorial fish so I'm surprised I have not. I have not witnessed any babies either, but it's possible they have been eaten by other fish in the tank. I have I think 12 cichlids in with the turtle.

Okay cool, we have 4 Jack Dempseys and my wife saw it when she was cleaning the tank, but I have yet to see it yet..

I have heard that this is common with Jack Dempsys. I will keep an eye out for it though now that you mention it.
