sexing my sulcata

This is my 9 inch Sulcata I think it's a male but I'm not sure here is a picture I will post better ones tomorrow.

It might change as the tortoise gets bigger, but right now it has female characteristics - very small gular, straight back pointing anal scutes, small tail.
