Hi! My Russian tortoise has a great deal of skin peeling on his face and neck. Is this normal, or does he need hydration?

Perfectly normal! But frequent soaks would probably help get it off

Normal; they will do it at least once a year. Looks pretty gross around the neck, in my opinion. But normal.
