Peach looks absolutely perfect to me, Amber. She's beautiful! I see no signs of pyramiding myself, AND their habitat looks nice and moist!
I'll let the more seasoned members chime in on whether I need to put my foot in my mouth, but all I can see is one beautiful, healthy sulcata. :)
There's no shame in being a worried mama, though! :D

There is going to be SOME texture to the new growth, no matter what. They just aren't perfectly smooth. Keep up on your soaks, and make sure to spray the shell down a couple of times a day, and you shouldn't have too much trouble. My 10 month olds are not what I would call PERFECT, but they are pretty darn smooth. You can definitely see their growth rings though.

That's about as perfect as it gets! The "ridges" that you feel are normal. That is new growth coming in at the scute margins.

On a side note, notice how the ridges are more distinct when they have been out in the dry air sunning, and less distinct in the mornings when they have been sleeping in their humid hide box overnight? Its when they stay in that dry state all the time that you will start to get pyramiding. At least thats how it goes in my yard. Might be different in a more humid climate.

Well I'm from Tx so no humidity here unless they are in thier box and yes I have noticed Bowsers show more when I let him run around the yard and less when misted or waking up in the morning.I'm glad they look good to you guys I have learned a lot here but I still worry about the little ones.I want to do my best for them :)
