Shell peeling?

Hi,

I have a Russian tortoise around 5 years I think. This week I've noticed there is a bit of shell peeling at his right leg. Is this something I should be worried about? Or is this part of the shell growth? He's still eating and active though.

That's nothing to worry about. You can just clip off that sharp point with the toe nail clippers so it doesn't keep poking his leg.
