No, I don't think so. Can you scrub it off? Shell rot usually presents as a rough-looking patch where the top layer of keratin is eaten away.

No it does not come of when scrubbed, it's around the plastron lines only.

It doesn't come off, it is only onalongside the plastronside. Could it be dirty new growth as my other baby in another enclosure has it aswell
