Size and weight of a three year old?

I was just interested to know whether anyone knew what the average size and weight of a 3 year old Hermann should be?

If they are kept under conditions similar to their natural habitat with a healthy diet and brumation every year, I think 80-100g would be a normal weight.

There are too many variables for an "average" to have any meaning. The range would be pretty extreme.
