I know this is probably a big no no because she is so small, but I saw other people doing it with their large torts. I have a box turtle (she’s smaller than my hand), and she is kept indoors. I bought her to the window, and she was really interested in the snow. Would it be okay if I brought her out there for like five minutes? Ty -BearTheTurtle

I wouldn't. Small tortoises should not be out in the cold. The larger tortoises can retain their heat longer because of their size.
Besides, she's not interested in the snow, it's the great open space on the other side of the glass.
