Will I have to soak forever? Or how old when I can stop soaking ?

This varies with each situation. I soak my adults a lot less than my babies, but I still soak them. Maybe once a month in winter and once or twice a week in summer.

Someone in South FL would usually need to soak less than someone in AZ or the SoCal desert.

My general "recipe" is to soak them every day until they reach 100 grams. After that, I will skip a day once in a while. by 400-500 grams I skip a couple of days a week. At 1000 grams, I soak two or three times a week. After that, it varies with the weather and diet. Hot, dry summer weather and they are eating a lot of dry grass hay, then I soak more often. Cool, rainy, winter weather where they are eating lots of fresh wet weeds and newly sprouted grass, then I soak less often.

When they move outside permanently, some soak themselves if you provide a pond. I haven't soaked Charlie in years. I'll spray him down with a hose or make him a puddle. He likes to graze just after the grass has been watered.

I soaked Speedy daily til he was almost 2 , as others have said that isn't necessary . But he really enjoyed it and I had the time. I shoot for 3 or 4 times a week now ! :)

Go to know that there's other sulcatas in Philly. What part of philly are you? Do you know any good places to get supplies? How about a vet ?
I'm in the suburbs about 40 minutes north of the city. There are many places to get supply's online. What are you looking for? As far as a vet I've never taken mine to one. As others have said in your other thread it's not really needed. These animals thrive with the proper care provided that I've learned from this forum.

Also I forgot to add Tank is now 1 year 3 months old and I soak him almost every day. Sometimes I skip a day, but I always mist his shell a few times that day.
