They look like Florida Softshells to me. That's just a guess though.

Kinda hard to tell for sure as we cannot see the head and neck markings. But they really look like spiny softshells. Apolone spinifera A Florida Softshell, Apolone ferox, would have a much more defined and wider yellow/orange band around the margin of the shell and be higher domed. The Florida will have much more yellow marking on the head and neck.

Where are you located? That can help as well with ID.

Don't let my location guide you in finding the specie; they are most likely bought in Germany from a European breeder. Would more pictures help?
