Species ID Please

Hello, New to tortoises, but not herps. My cousin gave me this tortoise hatch ling to care for (he took one too) and am really hoping its an AZ Desert (live in Phoenix Metro area) and came from an accidental breeding from someone who said it's an AZ tortoise.

Sorry...not an Arizona desert tortoise, but rather an African Savannah tortoise - Sulcata. They don't hibernate.

Yes, that is a sulcata hatchling and they do not hibernate as Yvonne said.

Huge way huge.. 100 punds at least with a good care. Third largest tortoise in the world, and first largest tortoise in mainland.
