[split] Need help with I.D. & diet

Hi
My lil tortoise/ turtle was bought in a small inconspicuous shop in mumbai. It was love at first sight. An instant bond made through the eyes of the heart.
The shop owner has no idea what breed / species he or she is. I need help pl.
would appreciate it greatly.
The tortoise is called Aiko .. In Japanese it means love child
I gave it some salad leaves but hasn't touched. It. It just wants to be behind something and in hiding

I'm not sure of the species, however, it IS a water turtle. They can't eat unless they are submerged in water.

It is the genus pangshura but I cannot tell the species.

Looks like pangshura tentoria circumdata to me.
