Starting fridge temp.

Hi.
All ready for jasmin top ho in the fridge tomorrow am.
No heat lamp on today and last soak this morning.
Night time room temp probably about 12/14°C.
So is it best to set the fridge at say 10°C for the first 24 hrs then over the next couple of days drop gradually to 5°C for the duration or pop her in at 5°C.

I prefer the gradual approach when possible. I think either approach will work in this case though.
