I have a ton of strawberry plants, more than 100 now, from just 18 plants. I feed the leaves to my guys, so they will probably eat the plant leaves and fruit.

I don't know anything about Leopard tortoises, but my Cherry Head eats the fig leaves and also loves the figs. He also eats blackberries, but I never gave him the leaves.

Mine love strawberries too, but never thought of planting one..good idea. Not sure about the leaves either. I'll have to do research on that. I know mine love the mulberry leaves.

I saw strawberry plants on the edible list, but I thought that strawberries were bad (since they are fruit)?

I have read the whole plant is edible also, our Leopard loves munching the greens more than the berries :D
