Substrate

So today I switched substrate to 50/50 Top soil and peat moss ( organic of course ) It keeps humidity great but when she burrows some of it gets in her eye. Doesn't seem to bother her. Should it be okay?

Also when she blinks most of it goes away

I wouldn't worry about it. Only thing I would advise against is sand, that has proven to cause eye irritations for a lot of tortoise owners. When the adults dig their burrows they get it all over their face and they always seem to clear their eyes out just fine. If the eyes get red or puffy or the tortoise looks agitated then you might switch it up but you shouldn't have any problems.
