Hello, i live in Perris, Ca. Im currently looking for a sulcata tortoise and i think thats perfect! Please reply. I would love to adopt him
This Tortoise would require a $500 house and it to be built as well as $500 worth of heaters to keep him warm do you have the means to do this?
Then there will be the $1000 in lumber to build the enclosure, do you have the means for this?
Just giving you an idea of what you are getting into, putting a Tortoise into a situation that isn't 100% right and safe isn't helping.

Just please be careful. No disrespect to the poster but we do get people here who just comb for tortoises they intend to resell. Just make sure to due diligence asking about the conditions it will live in and ask for photos etc. No one will be offended if you ask that. Everyone just wants what is best for the tortoise
