Sulcata mouth bump

Hi everyone, i've just bought 2 sulcatas about a month ago.
These hatchlings are about 4 month age.
I just noticed theres a bump near/under the mouth.
I don't know if this is a serious problem or not, because they're still eats a lot.
I'm quite new here, so a little help would be appreciated!

It might be herpes virus and the tortoise needs to be seen by a vet to have it checked out.
