Sulcata tortoise gender

Yes i know he/she is dirty. It was bath day! Anyways, my sulcata tortoise is 1.5 years old. Can anyone help me identify the gender?

It's much too small and too young. At the earliest, it will need to be around 14 inches. Some faster growers are hard to tell until they are around 18 inches.
