The last two nights I have handled my baby sulcata as he is basking. In the middle of eating, he stops and lets out about a teaspoon or two of clear urine. I have never noticed him urinate before.
I'm wondering if maybe the warm slate underneath him (which is new to his enclosure) may be stimulating his urination. And is this amount/color normal?

All sounds go to me. Just wait till he gets larger, he'll flood you out, from what I hear. I have a leopard and he does a good enough job and he's not even full grown:D
