I am interested in adopting a sulcata, babies not totally out of the question, but more interested in a 2 or 3 year old. I have 3 acres and live in Missouri south of St. Louis. Any help or direction would be appreciated!

What kind of help are you looking for? If it is locating one of that age, I recommend finding your local reptile rescue to find one. Other than that, do your research! Other will come along to help soon, try to be patient! Good luck

If you don't mind paying a little something, and driving a distance of maybe 3-5 hours? There are always some in the Chicago craigslist. You will probably even find some in your own area craigslist or in the southern Illinois CL.

We do! We have a heated 2nd oversized garage that we use for storage and my hubby's "mancave". We have an area in there for winter. Our yard is already set up with one enclosure area for our Russian tort, who will come inside during the winter. Completing a larger area for a future sully. :)
