Suspenseful EBT rescue today

I spotted this little guy on the sidewalk near a pretty high speed road. I pulled over at the next intersection and went to make sure he was alright. He must have been pretty determined and was already in the street, so I sprinted after him with my hands up for the cars. Luckily I got to him and brought him to the nature park where he was headed.

I was going to say it's an ornate, but the head makes me think its a Florida (Terrapene carolina bauri).

It looks like a Florida to me. Also around the neck and the top of the arms are gray skin on the Ornate. Looks like a little sweater. I really stink at identifying these guys, as I'm mostly familiar with the Eastern's.
