My friend sent me these pictures of a table she found being sold for cheap online. I think it looks really nice, but is it big enough for a 3yr old Hermanns tortoise?

No it doesn't look like it.
Can you get the actual dimensions?

For an adult or subadult Hermann's (~4 inches or larger), you'll generally want an enclosure 8 x 4 feet in size or similar

Depends on the size of your tortoise. Some of them are still tiny at three years old, and some are near full size. Many factors determine the growth rate.

What size is your tortoise and what size is the enclosure?
