So setting up a 4 x 2 ft table for George today. . . .
Obviously not finished yet but what you think so far?
Basking spot (under bulb on slate) is 35.3 and in what will be the closed chamber is 25.2 and humidity is 90%
Under the cool side hide humidity is 100% and temp is 27

Look ok so far??

So here's the finished table.
In the closed chamber it's a hide within a hide.

Since he's been in here he keeps trying to bite the walls. Any idea why?

Didn't take to long actually, a couple of hours. The thing that was time consuming was checking the temps and humidity. Not to sure how old he is as I think the breeder was lying when he told me he's age. I would say about a month or two old as he still has his egg tooth .

For those humidity probes... you have to keep them off the soil to read correctly. In contact with damp soil they will read nearly 100% all the time.

It looks great! He's biting the walls to see what they are. That is how Charlie tests everything. I guess he is trying to see if it is edible, which is why I can never go barefoot around him.

He seems to be enjoying this set up more. Lots more exploring and less hiding :)
