Cute. I LOVE my chickens. So much personality.

I love chickens too. My first best friend was a chicken she use to follow me everywhere, I'd take veggie to her and she'd peck at it. Sadly, one day she came tripping up to me with blood everywhere, she was coming to me for help cause my mum slit her throat, preparing her for dinner. I didn't eat chicken again, rarely eat eggs.

why would your mum do that to a chicken you loved? I understand the need to eat, but not all of them have to be killed.. and your mom didnt do a very good job.. disturbing...
I eat meat, but not if I know who it is. or was. just me.

They were farmers, thinks all animals are for human feed. I think chickens can bond with humans, keep as a pet.... Cute.
