My DT has been hibernating since December 5th. He stays pretty cool in his box in my cold garage. I'm curious- Should I soak him in a tub of cool water, and give him a chance to drink?

I don't disturb them during hibernation. I soak them daily when they wake up in spring though.

Me neither. Mine don't get any attention until the nights are consistently over 50F then I'll open their door and allow them to come out on their own. As they come out, I'll soak them, but there is water provided in their yard, and they do drink when they want to.
