It's odd they called them three toed land box turtles.

Where was the ad? I'm sure they're wild caught.

Older Kinosternon bauri like these often take on that "blonde" coloration, then people sell them as morphs, when they're actually just old. Just like melanistic RES.

Well, they did say "Mud Turtles," which they are. Definitely wild caught though. Most adult Kinosternon baurii that you'll find are wild caught animals. It isn't cost affective to raise them up to sell, even though they can reach maturity in captivity in 23-29 months...

The original ad said box turtles. The new current ad is correct.
