10 Reasons Tortoises are a GREAT pet
1. They don’t bark (unless they’re mating, then it’s funny as hell)
2. Your other animals (and you) can outrun them, even if they’re chasing at full speed
3. Unlike children, they can’t babble and pester to buy ‘em stuff.
4. They will eat what you can grow, no need for a grocery store visit. They can mow your lawn.
5. They appreciate the simple things in life; sunshine, a good soak, some dirt to dig in, tidbit treats, and shade on a blistering summer afternoon.
