Tort ID Question

Please excuse my ignorance on parade, but can anyone help me with ID-ing this tort?



It showed up this morning in my local craigslist as an animal in need of a new home...

$30 with 50g tank and lights and heat and bowls and food... the low price makes me inclined to believe it's a person who realized that they're out of their depth and just wants to find a new home for it.

They list the tort as a Greek, but it looks like a Russian to me... I don't know anything about Greeks but was curious about the differences between the species.

That is a Russian tortoise, Jamie. From that one picture, it does look to be in really good shape!
