Tortoise beak

Hi i am having trouble with my redfoot. He broke his beak off do to over aggressivly chewing on his cuddle bone. It really is not growing back.......any suggestions. Also what is a good calcium/multi mineral that i can feed to him and my leopard in place of cuddlebone. Please Help!
