I've seen this somewhere before, I believe they were fighting and the one leopard flipped the other over. In fact you can't see anything in the video nearby that looks like the first one could have flipped himself, he is just on grass.

You're probably right. The "hero" actually caused the poor TURTLE to be upside down in the first place. But he was so gentle when he was turning him back over. It wasn't the ramming that usually occurs. But then, its pretty hard to climb on the object of your affection when she's laying on her back!
