I am totally shocked that they saved her. That is a big plus for the people who didn't just put her down, like what would usually happen. It doesn't surprise me too much though that a dog would do that. A dog is truly mans/woman's absolute, very best friend. I hope she can live a normal happy long life with a little adjustment in how she has to eat.
