Tortoise keeps scratching the walls and corners

Hello yall. So basically I just got my tortoise yesterday and her enclosure isn't the biggest wouldn't say its small too it's in the middle yk and it's plastic and translucent he or she is a medditerian greek or Russian I am not sure. I am not able to provide them with a uv lamp nor a heating lamp so I am relaly scared it's going to develop disorders or diseases so I need help with begguner tips because YouTube each video says the opposite of the one before

It has to have both Uvb and heat. If you can't provide it then why did you get an animal that needs it!
Post pictures of the tort so we know what you have. Also a pic of the enclosure.
Figure out how to provide the proper care or rehome it before it dies.
