Anyone have a collection of tortoise themed objects? Post pics! I have a few small carved stone figures of torts/turts :)

So, where's your picture?????

I gave most of mine to Maggie because I got too lazy to clean house. Too much to have to dust all the time!

My house and front yard is full of tortoise knick knacks I don't think there is enough film on the planet to take pics of it all, but I will try and post a few.

You'd better believe him! When i went to his house, there were dozens of tortoise and turtle figurines EVERYWHERE. And I only got to see dmmj's front yard.
I myself only have a bean bag thingamabob sea turle-like a Beanie baby.
I'm with Yvonne. ..too much to dust!:p

My mom has 2 tortoise garden decorations.
I've been looking for nice tortoise figurines to order but I haven't had too much luck! I want to collect some tortoise things.

I don't have pictures but I must have 50 tortoises & turtles in a cabinet. I am still mourning the lost of my favorite one the Halloween before last. It was stolen from my porch. A tortoise standing up holding a rake. I've been collecting them for about 10 years.

This was a little replica Aldalabra that I hand painted into a "world" tortoise. I was thinking of selling it, if any body is interested. This gentleman is one of a kind. :) (first pic is with flash, others are just taken by my living room lamp)

There is actually a chain of islands painted on the top of his head.

You can really see how shiny his glaze is here. I did a final coat of clear glaze to make him look more professional looking.

I dunno. I am low on space as it is! I've filled up every nook and cranny with plants, and living things! I just thought it would be a nice challenge to paint something 3D and smaller, after I did that big horse.

That's cool! I'm taking a painting class next quarter, and I'm sooo excited.
