Tortoise needs rehoming need African hingeback

Hello. My brother suddenly died a lot younger than he should have and he had an African hingeback tortoise which I now have .I am trying to rehome him to someone who has the know how of looking after one of these . If anyone is interested in rehoming I’m based in Hertfordshire and can deliver to London etc
I’ve tried tortoise trust etc but no one has got back to me
