Tortoise not eating

My indian star tortoise 18 months old not eating anything and naturally not pooing also but very actively roam around when I leave him in the sun is it a miracle or something else Pls someone help me.

To properly help we need some more information.
Can you tell us-
How long have you had the tort?
What are the temperatures and humidity?
What kind of lights are being used?
What kind of substrate are you using?
Do you soak your tort in warm but not hot water?
What kind of diet is the tort getting?

A loss of appetite can be caused by several things.
