Tortoise not eating

Hi there. I also live in Egypt amd I just got an Egyptian Tortoise 10 days ago. He also didn't drink or eat until now. After reading on the internet i figured he might be still in hibernation mode. So last night I soaked him in shallow warm water for around an hour and he started being active and even pooped he finally drank but till now didn't eat amy of the food I offered. Any advise what to do? Thanks in advance.

Don’t feed your tort head lettuce it’s just water no fiber , don’t feed your tort fruit the sugar is bad for it !
Try wide leaf weeds better for our torts .
