Tortoise or turtle breeding

Does anyone out their breed torts or turts and have it has a Business so they can do tax credits at IRS time?

Just so you're aware - there's a Federal regulation that says businesses have to wait until their baby tortoises are 4" from front to back in a straight line before they can sell them. In some cases, that's quite a few years.
