Tortoise poop

Hello I have a baby tortoise which lives inside, today I was looking at her and she started pooping and she was struggling a little bit so I had to pull it out( sorry for the disgusting topic ) so I was just wondering if it's healthy it also looked like a log maybe. And one last thing during all of this her eyes were closed so is that normal?

Sounds fairly normal except you having to pull it out. Soak her in warm water daily for about half hour. What is the humidity in her enclosure? They all need a high humidity as babies.
Also what is her diet?
Temps, basking, over all and night?
What species are we talking about?
What's the substrate?
Type of heating and lighting you are using?

Sounds like the tortoise is dehydrated. They need to be soaked in warm water daily.
