Tortoise scale bleeding

hi guys i’ve been worried about my woocha i got her today to put her outside and she was bleeding and seems to be missing a scale on her head is it something to be concerned about and will she be ok she’s running around still and being active but i’m just worried.

Hello!
Probably, nothing serious.
1. Apply one-time Betadine or chlorhexidine to damaged area. Rinse with clean water after 3-5 minutes. Then you can use triple-antibiotic ointment (like Neosporin creme) for 5-7 days to prevent infection.
2. Look for the cause of this scab in the enclosure - sharp edges etc. to prevent further injuries.

I really just wanted to know if I was correct in thinking that her head scales looked like Desert tortoise head scales. Also, although some questions may seem irrelevant or annoying, the questions are an important part of getting the information needed so we can give valuable help! How else are we to give advice?
