hello, I'm the owner of a male horsefield tortoise. I recently went away on holiday to Florida for two weeks and came back yesterday, I left my tort with a friend and when I got back his skin on his neck and legs are really dry and peeling? I was just wondering if this is normal and what I can do to stop this? Thank you
