the right side of my tortoises face had a big bump on it and was broken open and fell off and there was like a crater on his head it seems to have scabbed to over but he cant open his right eye he still eats and walks around dosent seem like anything is wrong tell you actually look at him what should i do i cant get to a vet i dont have a car right now and would need to drive 2 hours

Sounds a bit like what happened to my tort. Although it didn't mess with his eyes. Did it look like this at all? I don't know what happened, so if it is the same, I won't be able to answer questions. I'm just curious what if it was the same, and hopefully help people figure out if it is the same.
