Torts seem to be eating LOTS

:tort:It may be normal but my redfoots seem to be eating ALOT more now that they are outside on a normal basis,Can I overfeed them they seem to want to eat every day while earlier in the year every other day seem to keep them happy.:tort:

Summer seems to increase the appetite of my RFs too. I believe this because of more natural environment (varying temps, natural light, and wider food choices). Mine will eat twice day on what I offer and forage the rest of the time. Actually I see this with all the species I keep and when they have be brought indoors the weight, appearance , and general health is excellent .

If your care is fine then it will make them healthier, however do be aware that quick pyramiding can happen if feeding a lot with bad care-humidity, temps, diet, lighting etc.
